Davena Levon, Program & Operations Manager

Davena Levon, known as Sister Davena, is a community-centered leader passionate about creating inclusive spaces where Black youth feel seen and empowered. Born and raised in Phoenix, her experiences navigating spaces as the only Black girl fuel her dedication to culturally grounded programs that support identity and personal growth.

From 2018 to 2022, Davena served as Administrative Director of Fight for Life No Excuses, managing operations, building community partnerships, and advancing the organization’s mission. At Blueprint for Womanhood, she brings her operational expertise, mentorship, and deep community ties to ensure every girl in our care has the guidance, support, and resources to thrive.
