Fatimah Halim, Founder & Executive Director
Fatimah Halim is a writer, facilitator, and visionary dedicated to the spiritual, emotional, and cultural development of women and youth. With over three decades of experience designing and leading Rites of Passage programs, she has created transformative initiatives such as Blueprint for Womanhood, S.O.N.S., and Journey Home: An Arts Experience for Incarcerated Women. Her work emphasizes empowerment, self-discovery, and cultural pride.
At Blueprint for Womanhood, Fatimah provides the foundational vision and Rites of Passage framework that guides the curriculum and culture of the program. She continues to expand the program’s impact globally—leading educational trips to Ghana and presenting at SIAS International University in China—ensuring each of our girls steps boldly into the sacred space of Black womanhood with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
